Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather tools and ingredients: Measure 1 cup almond flour and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and set a rack in the middle of the oven.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour and olive oil. If using salt or spices, add them now.
  4. Stir until the mixture forms a crumbly mass, then knead gently until a cohesive dough forms.
Rolling and Cutting
  1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface, put the dough on it, and cover with a second sheet.
  2. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough evenly to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut desired shapes with a knife, pizza cutter, or cookie cutter and transfer to a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Lightly brush with extra olive oil if desired and add toppings.
  2. Bake for 10–12 minutes, watching closely to prevent over-browning.
  3. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Storage
  1. Store cooled crackers in an airtight container at room temperature, avoiding humidity.
