Preparation
- Prepare your workspace and ingredients by measuring the quick oats, peanut butter, honey, and mini chocolate chips.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir briefly.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well until everything is combined.
- Check the texture and adjust if necessary by adding water or more oats.
- Scoop the mixture into 12 portions and roll them into balls.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for firmer bites.
Storage
- Store the bites in an airtight container with parchment paper in between layers.
Notes
If using runny peanut butter, add oats or nut flour to help bind. Keep chilled for best texture.
